Dads Tune-Up provides business coaching and personal development support for service-based dads. While all advice, resources, and strategies are based on real-world experience and proven methods, results will vary depending on your business, personal effort, and implementation.

Nothing on this site or in our calls guarantees specific income, business growth, or personal outcomes.

2. Tune-Up Call Terms

• The Tune-Up Call is complimentary and obligation-free.

• Your booking confirms your availability for the selected time.

• If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

• Missed calls may result in forfeiting your free session.

3. Coaching Services

If you choose to continue with paid coaching, you will be provided with a written overview of:

• Duration of the coaching container

• Deliverables (e.g. calls, access, tools)

• Payment amount and terms

Coaching programs may include live Zoom calls, voice/text support, access to tools and templates, and private group access depending on your package.

4. Payment Terms

All coaching fees are listed in NZD (New Zealand Dollars). Payment may be made via Stripe, bank transfer, or agreed-upon method. Coaching is non-refundable once the program has begun unless agreed upon in writing.

For payment plans, you agree to complete all installments even if you choose to stop participating.

If you sign up for a weekly or fortnightly payment option (e.g. $99/week or $198/fortnight), you agree to a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. After the initial 12-week period, payments will continue automatically at the same rate and frequency unless you advise in writing to cancel.

5. Confidentiality & Conduct

All personal and business information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential. Likewise, you agree to respect the confidentiality of others in group coaching environments.

Respectful behavior is expected at all times. We reserve the right to terminate coaching for misconduct without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Dads Tune-Up (downloads, frameworks, templates, videos) is for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, or resell any materials without written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the site or services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
